Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Allow up to 48 hours for order processing after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 3–5 business days.

At this time we ship domestically within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with cold-chain handling for sensitive compounds. No product details appear on the outside of the box.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

For $2.99 we cover loss, theft, or damage in transit. If anything goes wrong with your protected shipment, we replace it at no charge.

We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. All payments go to WolverineAminosLLC. Your order code must be included in the payment memo so we can match the payment to your order.

Once the payment is verified in our account, your order moves from Pending to Paid and processing begins. This is usually same-day during business hours.

Yes — sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the state in your shipping address.

Once a product has begun shipping, no refunds will be issued. Please double-check your cart, address, and product selection before completing checkout. Defective or damaged shipments protected by Shipping Protection are replaced free of charge.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, contact us with your order code and we will arrange a replacement. Without protection we will work with the carrier on your behalf, but a replacement is not guaranteed.

Every lot is independently HPLC-verified at >99% purity. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request — include your batch / lot number when contacting us.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks.
